Hi, my is Julius Broady aka J.Broady or you can just call me Ju for short all My friends and family does. I’m an artist out of Houston Texas born & raised I’ve been doing music since I was In Daycare but didn’t take is serious till 2014 in 2012 I gave my life to Jesus and never looked back. I knew music was something I was passionate about but couldn’t figure out how to use it to glorify God I definitely wasn’t a singer but was in love hip hop I loved metaphors, double entendre’s 808’s I loved the freedom of expression over beats! I grew up to thinking rap was the “devil” but yet i had a passion for this art. I remember riding with my cousin listening to this guy Lecrae and I was little interested but wasn’t fully sold on the ideas I thought the beats were lame and it was too churchy but later on, I wanted to listen to things that were positive and uplifting and around that time Lecrae dropped a project called Church Clothes & I heard the song ”no regrets” & I lost my mind I kept playing the song over & over for about a week. Man! he delivered the message amazingly & the beat was really dope & that song literally changed the way I live my life today with ”no regrets” after hearing that song I wanted more & come to find out there were more guys out there speaking about faith thru rap verses now I’m the biggest fan of Bizzle, Lecrae, Kb Andy Mineo, & a lot more but now I'm apart of that mission of spreading the hope of Jesus thru music and I love it!
